Illuminated reticles come in two types: one with a bright dot for daytime and twilight use, ideal for quick target acquisition, and another with dimmable dots for optimal adjustment in low light, preventing target obscuration. Non-illuminated reticles are versatile and precise, suitable for good light conditions and offering advantages for competitive shooters with fine crosshairs that minimally obscure the target. They also aid in range estimation, providing valuable distance information through scales on the crosshairs.

Dradenkruis 60

Verlicht

Het dradenkruis 60 is lichter en fijner dan het dradenkruis 40, dat slechts een paar jaar geleden nog veel in gebruik was. De lijnen hebben slechts de halve afdekking in vergelijking tot het eerdere model en er is twee keer zoveel ruimte tussen de lijnen. Daardoor is het uitstekend geschikt voor precisieschieten met de minst mogelijke afdekking van het doelwit. Met een vergrotingsfactor 12x en een afdekking van slechts 0,55 cm op een afstand van 100 m heeft men altijd een uitstekend overzicht – er blijft geen enkel detail verborgen. De verlichte stip is uiterst helder en kan daarom ook worden gebruikt voor het jagen bij daglicht. De helderheid van de verlichte stip kan worden gedimd zodat hij extreem fijn wordt, waardoor hij ook uitstekend geschikt is voor nachtjagen. Het dradenkruis bevindt zich in het tweede beeldvlak van de richtkijker. Het dradenkruis is alleen geschikt voor gebruik bij daglicht met moderne richtkijkermodellen.
